Dominic worked on mergers and financings at a large downtown firm, usually for the buyer. He started this firm to work for the people on the other side of those deals: owners selling the company they built.
He leads the Open and Exit stages, and he is the lawyer responsible for this site.

Dominic grew up behind the counter of his family's diner in Carnegie, which is where he learned what a bad lease costs.
He coaches a youth soccer team in Brookline and still eats lunch at the counter on Saturdays.
