This page explains what Petrakis Hlavacek LLC collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email, and any phone number, company name, names of other people involved and message. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, to run and protect the site.

Why

To reply to you, check for conflicts of interest and schedule a call. We don't sell it and don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our lawyers and staff, and the companies that host this site and deliver our email, under agreements that limit what they can do with it. We disclose it otherwise only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become matters are deleted after two years. Client files are kept as our professional rules require.
